1. About the product
Q: What material are your dresses made of?
A: We select high-quality fabrics, such as cotton, chiffon, silk, etc. The specific material composition is marked on each product detail page. You can check it carefully before purchasing.
Q: How to choose the size?
A: We provide a detailed size chart (including bust, waist, length and other measurement data). It is recommended to refer to it to measure your best size. If you still have questions, you can contact customer service for advice.
Q: Will the actual color be different from the picture?
A: We try our best to restore the real color, but there may be slight color difference due to differences in monitors or light.
2. About the order
Q: How long will it take to ship after placing an order?
A: Weekday orders are generally shipped within 1-3 days, and postponed on weekends or holidays. After shipping, you will be notified of the logistics order number by email.
Q: How to modify/cancel the order?
A: You can contact customer service within 30 minutes after the order is paid to try to modify/cancel. Orders that have exceeded the time limit or have been shipped cannot be cancelled.
Q: Can I issue an invoice?
