Return Policy
✅ Acceptable return conditions:
The product must be returned within 14 days after signing.
The product must be kept brand new, unworn, unwashed, with intact labels and no signs of use.
The original order number and shopping receipt must be provided.
❌ Non-returnable situations:
Customized products, promotional special products (if there is no quality problem).
Products that have been worn, washed or damaged by humans.
Products that have exceeded the return period.
📦 Return process:
Contact customer service (via email/phone/online form) to submit a return application.
2 After receiving the return authorization, please send the product back to the designated address (shipping costs are borne by yourself, unless there is a quality problem with the product).
We will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 working days after receiving and inspecting the product.
Refund Policy
💰 Refund method:
Refund to your payment account (credit card/PayPal, etc.) via the original route. The arrival time depends on the bank or payment platform (usually 3-10 working days).
If you choose to exchange, we will resend it for you free of charge (limited to the same or equivalent products).
⚠️ Exception:
International orders may incur customs duties or handling fees, which are not refundable.
If the return is caused by an incorrect address or refusal to accept, the customer shall bear the additional shipping costs.
Product quality issues
If you receive a damaged, wrongly sent or defective product, please contact customer service in time and provide photo proof. We will bear the return shipping costs and give priority to arranging a refund or reissue for you.
